YHC felt like doing things a little differently this day, so we went on a little stroll around the outside of the school and the surrounding area, with some occasional stops for the 6.
Warm up: (all IC and X12)

- SSH
- Low Slow Squats
- Abe Vigoda
YHC was done with warm-up, time to move.
The Thang:
Mosey from the parking lot, out to Barclay Dr. and up to North Peachtree (South) to Peachford Dr (West). We paused here for the 6, doing some squats.
Continue along Peachford to Peachford Hospital driveway and all the way back to the medical buildings. (Squats for the 6). Mosey back up the driveway till it starts to climb. Time for a running break, lunge walking up the hill back to Peachford. Time to mosey again. Eastbound back up Peachford and back to Barclay Drive (left turn). Pause for the 6 and then time to roll, along Barclay, behind the school and on to the Brookrun path system towards the ball fields. Pause at the split, doing squats for the 6. Roll on, down to the amphitheatre.

Mosey on, down the stairs, out to the driveway, and on up. the base of the hill. More lunge walking up the hill to the crest. Mosey on, pausing for the 6 and doing more squats. Mosey on up the hill to the trail around the front of the park, back over to the ball fields.
Pause for 10 Bulgarian Split Squats on each leg.
Mosey back to COT. Monkey Humpers (x10 / IC).
Time.
2.7 miles total, which is solid for a Patriot BD
