The Thang:
Long mosey down gravel beltline trail alongside the park to big set of stairs at opposite end for 11s: merkins at the bottom, jump squats at the top of the stairs
Mosey to basketball court. One PAX does a suicide while all other PAX do plank variations on the baseline; once running PAX is back, next guy up, and so on until all have completed. Next, one PAX bear crawled from sideline to sideline while the rest of us lunge walked around the outside of the court; same as first set, next guy up until all have completed.
Long mosey to Oak Hill. 7 burpees at the bottom, run to top for 35 LBCs. Continue on with 6 burpees, 30 LBCs, etc…all the way down to 1 burpee and 5 LBCs.
Mosey back to the start.
