The Thang:
It took YHC a while to explain it and ultimately, I messed it up. The goal was to do a modified 21 (really a 22) but apparently YHC can’t count and we ended up doing 23s, oh well. On one side of the field started with 20 big boy situps, run to the middle and do 1 burpee, continue to the other side, 1 merkin, back to the middle 1 burpee. Back to the other side 19 big boy situps, back to the middle, 1 burpee, to the far side, 2 merkins, back to the middle 1 burpee…you get the idea. YHC also did not realize how much it had rained last night. (OOPS). The PAX all had “soaked 6s”. Oh well.
Once the “Six” finished, we took another lap. We then moseyed off the track and up the stairs for a quick set of calf raises and then to the side of the school for 30 seconds of wall sits, and then circled up for Monkey Humpers (IC and X11).

Naked Man Moleskin:
Before we started, our newest pax, was inquiring about workout attire and temperatures. YHC mentioned that I wore as little as possible, as i did not like to get wet, oops. Our new pax said he now knows that less is more.
