A warm morning was a welcome change from recent beat downs. Warm up: 12x SSH, Imperial Walker, Windmill and Merkins
The Thang: Mosey 1 Mile – basically down hill for 1/2 mile and back up. Stop at each 1/4 mile for 12 x 4ct merkins. Recover with 100 off-count tricep dips (down for 3, up 4). 120 calf raises of differing positions. Aborama: 50 off-count LBC, 50 off-count leg lifts, 50 big boi sit-ups, 50 4ct low flutter and 10 V-up Roll-ups. 3 minute high plank to put a bow on it.
