F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith
The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small mens workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Our credo is “leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him”.
There are 5 core principles in a F3 workout:
  • Free of charge
  • Open to all men
  • Held outside rain or shine, heat or cold
  • Peer led in a rotating fashion
  • Ends in a COT

3rd F disclaimer: F3 does not endorse any particular faith but asks that you believe in something bigger than yourself and that you respect the faith of the Q. I’m your Q today and I’m a Christian so I’ll be leading from that perspective.Moleskin:Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things – 1 Corinthians 13:7
Today is Valentine’s Day, so first of all YHC reminds you to do something special for your M!  Second, I wanted to share something I ran across many years ago…it’s the 5 rules to a happy marriage:

  1.       What is mine is hers and what’s hers is hers.  (Marriage is not 50/50, it is 100/100 – all in…) This can be said in reverse too.  If you want a successful marriage, there is no meeting in the middle. You need to be all in for each other.
  2.       If momma aint happy, aint nobody happy.  (The wife’s general emotional wellbeing is usually a good indicator of how the marriage is doing.)  This one is not really bi-directional. God made women differently and as husbands we should care and nurture them. Make sure momma is happy.
  3.       Yes dear. (Sometimes you have to give up your way and give into the other’s wishes, wants and needs.)  It’s not all about you.  See rules 1 and 2. This one does go both ways though.
  4.       I’m sorry.  (Because you don’t say #3 fast enough…, because forgiveness is the oil that keeps relationships running smoothly.)  This one is tough.  Sometimes forgiveness is the best thing you can do. Forgive and move on. That doesn’t mean you drop it and bring it back up in an argument later. If you’ve truly forgiven, it’s done so it won’t come back around when you’re angry.
  5.       You and me against the world.  (Don’t fight each other, objectify the problem and join forces to fight the problem.) It’s easy to get caught up fighting each other, but what are you fighting about?  It’s very possible that it’s something outside of your relationship or your home. So, team up and fight “it” not each other. Look for common ground, and compromise, then you’ll see just how strong you are—TOGETHER!
All of these are easier said than done and I’m not a professional on this either so put them into practice at your own risk!Maybe you’ll find these helpful and if not, maybe they were at least entertaining! It’s an honor and privilege to be here with you today!Ended with prayer.
