Hill Repeats: run backwards 1/2 way up then forward the second half. at top do 10 merkins jog to bottom and do 10 coupon curls. rinse and repeat with 8, 6, 4, 2 merkins at the top and 12, 14, 16 and 18 curls at bottom. More upper body: 3 sets of 10 coupon tricep presses followed by 20 curls then 3 sets of arm thrusters followed by 20 curls. Rifle carry back to parking deck. Wrap up with calf raises (100 varying positions) and circle merk – then 8 minutes of abs to round things out.
