The Thang:
Tennis courts: exercise in each corner, 10 burpees, 20 sumo squats, 30 LBCS, hold plank for 6. Round 1, lunge walk the baseline and broad jump the sideline. Round 2, reverse order of exercises, bear crawl the baseline and crawl bear the sideline.
Track: exercise each 100m, 10 merkins, 20 squats, 30 reverse crunches, hold plank for the 6. Round 2 reverse exercise order.
Rig for Mary: dying cockroach, box cutters, Penguins (ankle grabbers), swimmers, roll-up v-ups.
