  • YHC made the pilgrimage to 10th street in Midtown to put in a little work with the men of Terminus on a glorious Fall like Saturday in…December? The temps started off in the high 40s and only got better from there. 0630 was upon us (a little early for YHC on a Saturday, but when in Rome), and we got to work.

Warm up: (all IC and x15 – two rounds with some stretching in between sets)

  • SSH
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Low Slow Squats
  • Slow Quixote’s
  • Stone Mountain Push-Ups

The Thang:

Mosey from the flags over to the first wall we found, for a reprise of Aiken Legs, and it was just as much fun today as it was on Monday @F3_Patriot: (3 rounds of 20 reps of 4 leg exercises)

  • 2o step-ups
  • 20 squats
  • 20 single leg lunges
  • 20 bonnie blair’s

Mosey on up the path and around the bend, where we found a little hill, so we decide to climb, well sprint up it, 5 times as a group, with a mosey back down each time and a 10 count in between.

Mosey on around the path to the stairs for some quick calf work – X10 and IC:

  • Regular
  • Toes out
  • Toes in
  • Single Leg Left / Single Leg Right

Mosey on up the stairway to heaven and follow the path to the active oval and over by the pool form some Mary: (all IC and x15)

  • High Dolly
  • Low Dolly
  • Obliques (Left/Right)
  • Big Boy Sit-Ups (OYO)

Mosey on around to the party pavilion (across from the pool). 3 exercises – 3 rounds – x10 and IC: Incline Merkins, Squats and Dips with the 2nd set being slower and more deliberate and the 3rd set was off count.

We continued around the active oval, and on to the path to the bungalow by the lake for a quick stop and a set of 10 Bulgarian split squats (each leg and OYO)

Mosey on down the path and out to the big field for alternating lunge walks (10 each leg) and broad jumps (10 count) OYO – 3 rounds.

Mosey off the field to the short wall near the flags for some partner work. 2exercises – 3sets – 10 reps each partner of Merkins and Dips.

Mosey over by the flags for some last minute Mary: 15 Box Cutters (IC) and the Big Block Alphabet (OYO).

And that was all the time we had.

YHC took out the boys with prayers for continued strength to lift up those that need help during this holiday season.

YHC reminded the PAX that life is both fragile and short and tomorrow is promised to no one so we must always seize the opportunity and the day and that we are stronger together.

Also reminded the PAX that it is not too late for the Man-Date, and the boundless opportunities that are unlocked when we engage our brothers, one on one.
