it was looking like a party of 2 due to soft hands’s baby girl waking up unexpectedly, but he put her back to sleep like a pro and joined us post-warmup to make us a trio.
jogged the drew valley Skyland trail loop, then headed to the field for some Mary:

then did a merkin mile on the same loop, stopping periodically to perform 5 merkins before resuming. Probably stopped about 15 times, but YHC forgot to count.
then over to the volleyball court for some 11s, Bonnie blairs (the hard way) and dips. Left just enough time for 45 second elbow plank, then back to the parking lot.
