Shoulder press x 20 (IC)

Downward dog and stretch

The Thang:

Mosey around the nature trail (0.5 miles) to the entrance to Austin.

3 rounds of: 

rocky balboa x 20 (IC)

Curb dips x 20 (IC)

 

Mosey to Scout’s knoll

Jailbreak to and in the 1st cul de sac  and then do 20 x merkins at each cul de sac. Rinse and repeat x 3 OYO

Alternating sests of 10 Inchworm and 20 single count lunges up to Chamblee Dunwoody OYO.

 

Mosey to Harris Circle

Partner up exercise. Alternating 10 booyah merkins and 10 booyah squats (8 sets of  exercise total and 4 loops around). After each exercise run in opposite directions and meet on the other side of the circle.

 

 At the bottom of Harris circle we did a Mary o rama including HTH, American Hammer, Turkish get up, big boy sit ups, high dolly, and obliques.

 

Cherokee run back to the COT followed by 

Two IC rounds of:

Rocky bilboa x 20 (IC)

Curb dips x 20 (IC)

10 burpees followed by 10 monkey humpers OYO to finish
