On a hot and humid Saturday morning, the PAX were late to arrive at the Shadow. But when they did, a Seles beatdown commenced and the sweat did pour!

Mosey to cul-de-sac at school for Drill Sergeant (5 minutes)
Mosey to steps for partner exercise: #1 Burpees while #2 runs steps, return and switch 10X (combined)
Mosey to parking lot by cafeteria for various crab exercises: forward crab, backward and fiddler crab (a PAX favorite!!!) Alternate across the parking lot.
Aerosmith to the “oval” at front of school for a Sprint tabata: 20 sec run, 10 sec rest 8X
Aerosmith to the Nature Center Hill for Everest to the top.
Mosey to the first cul-de-sac on Scout’s Hill for Mary: 13 Heels-to-Heaven i.c. 3X
Aerosmith to the base of Scout’s hill (short version up to Roberts) for a Jacob’s Ladder: Run to top and do 1 hand release 8-count bodybuilder then run back to the bottom then back to the top for 2 hand release 8-count body-builders; working up to 7 (solid work by Dubya!)
Mosey down the trail through the woods to the COT and finish with 3 Burpees oyo
CoT:
Suds took us out. Some F2 activities upcoming; please check Slack. We had an FNG (Dubya’s nephew, 21 years old), but he is about to be at Fort Moore and other Army assignments for the next few years so we didn’t go through the naming ceremony (Dip Stick was a one-time assignment!)
