Warm up:
PAX started in the piedmont park field to get a better look at the Lunar eclipse.
SSHx25 and a slow mosey to the active oval soccer field. Further stretching was led by Gronkins while YHC and Buttercup set up lights at 100, 75, 50, and 25 yards. Felt like this would be a scenic location to observe the eclipse.

It was madness out there, but a much-needed sweat and change of pace cardio. I also wanted to feel the pain the Crimson Tide will be going through at practice this week. The Tide will prevail, just maybe not this season.
