Climb the Nature Center Hill Alternating 20 Lunge Walks (10 each leg +/-) and 10 Dancing Bears (facing uphill then facing downhill)
Mosey to Apostolic Church parking lot for Mary: 27 Low Dolly, 27 Low Flutter, 27 Box-cutters, 27 Heels-to-Heaven, 27 LBCs i.c.
Pyramid: 2, 4, 6, 8, 6, 4, 2 Crab Taps (i.c.), 10, 20, 30, 40, 30, 20, 10 Moroccan Night Clubs (i.c.) YHC had planned to go up to 10 but after the third set of i.c. Moroccan Night Clubs it was apparent that it was not a good idea!
Mosey back to the base of Austin school hill (low slow squats for the six). Climb the hill with Alternating Lunge Walks and Dancing Bears (similar to previous).

At the tree, we decided on the 1000th beatdown for September 18th. Lots of ideas for what to do but no decisions yet. Keep the ideas flowing (to Manhole). Start new AO in Brookhaven (use one of the larger parks – Blackburn?). Convergence of F3 Atlanta in October (along with F3 Nation’s 10-year celebration around 10/8 – 10) – use one of the larger parks such as Brook Run or Chastain (since it was the original!) Meeting adjourned!
