On the menu for the beatdown was a Quarter Pounder (a double). Using the football field as your guide and OYO, run to the 25, perform an exercise and backwards run to the goal line. Run to the 50 yard line, perform an exercise and backwards run to the goal line. Run to the opposite 25 yard line, perform an exercise and backwards run to the goal line. Run to the opposite goal line, perform an exercise and backwards run to the goal line.
