Mosey to ‘Lord Licorice’s Castle’ which is the center circle of the active oval
Perform a modified ‘Bear Crawl Ring of Fire’ as defined in the Exicon’
Goal was to work towards 314 (an ode to 3.14 for pi day) total reps of exercises
After each exercise we would bear crawl around the circle on average 1-1.5 revolutions.
I then would ask a pie day themed question seeing ‘How well do you know Lord Licorice?’. Ex. Does he prefer chocolate or apple pie?
If the question was answered correctly we would ‘progress’ to the next exercise else we would perform ‘repetition’ of the previous one.
