The Thang:
Mosey’d to corner for 10 step-ups each leg, 5 burpeees. YHC announced today’s theme would be LEGS…
Mosey’d to track…. wait, it’s locked?!?! WHY!?! no problem! YHC pivoted to Bill the Hill as the back-up option. however, when YHC told PAX to pretend its a track, he was informed that tracks are flat so YHC said to pretend its flat. Then YHC said to imagine the top is the finish line, and YHC was reminded that tracks don’t have tops. after the mumblechatter, we got into the workout.
4 rounds: 30 monkey humpers, 25 squats, 20 lunges (10 each leg), 15 air jumps, 10 romanian deadlifts (10 each leg), 5 hand-release merkins, run up/back (or down/back because we alternated flat course vs hill course), then hold plank for the 6.
After the last round, we worked our calves on the church stairs then mosey’d back to the start.
YHC’s new favorite “Feelin’ 22’s” (aka sneaky shoulders)… played Taylor Swift’s 22 (but since it’s the rig and more gritty, YHC played Pale Waves’ cover of it): 22 roof raises, 22 seal claps, 22 overhead claps… repeat until song finishes

Prayers for PAX holiday weekend travel, COVID recovery, Shiba’s health. No coffee today, but YHC brought POWERADE freeze pops and they were quite tasty & refreshing. Also, so many vitamins ha! If there are HC’s for Monday, July 4 – Buttercup will Q.
