1/2 mile mosey to the bottom of the Daniell Dr hill. Hill repeats stopping every 50m at each light pole for an exercise on the way up, and again on the way down:
Burp-Merks at bottom, 10 squats, 15 merkins, 10 lunges, 5 burpees
Rinse and repeats AMRAP. (Warmup + 4 hill repeats (500m round trip) + Cooldown = 2ish miles total)
