Kick and Chase!
We performed a revised, F3 version of an old church camp game I used to play. We split into two teams and each team was given a large kickball. The teams raced from the meadow to the softball fields in the active oval. However here was how you could travel there.
Teams would line up and roll the kickball through their legs.
The player at the back would kick the ball towards the direction of the active oval.
Everyone on that team did one of three exercises that we rotated through (everyone had coupons): 5 blockees, 10 chest press with coupon, 15 goblet squats
Once the team completed that exercise, everyone rifle-carry walked towards the ball and would rotate the line so that a new player would be at the end to kick the ball!
We really got a good workout on our shoulders and arms in. The hill surrounding the meadow proved to be especially difficult to get over :D.
