The Thang:
Mosey to Sutton Middle School where we found implements waiting for us (red coupon and a 45 lb plate) and a long set of stairs. With the stairs as the timer we rotated through multiple sets and stations of upper body strength, cardio, legs, and abs doubling up on the abs.
Strength Set – Mercans, Dercans, Kettle bell swings, lat pulls with plate, dips
Cardio set – Burpees, blockies, run stance switch, SSH, box jumps
Legs – Frog squat with coupon, squat with plate, step ups, pistol squats
Abs – BB’s, V-up rollup, Freddie Mercury’s, reverse crunch, mason twist,
We finished with 5 more sets of stairs and as a team slow moseyed back to the red lot with our implements and a rifle carry with just enough time for a set of pull-ups
