Mosey over to park tavern hill
Partner up – wheel barrow to the top.
Partner 1 holds partner 2’s legs, partner 2 crawls with hands to top of hill
did this 8 times with a different workout at the top each time (merkins, lbc, burpees, etc)
Mosey towards weight room – on the way there, stop for tricep dips
get to weight room – bicep curls and overhead thrusters
sprint up stairs
mosey to basketball court – 2 suicides
we found a basketball – every pax shot 2 free throws, and if there was a miss – evryone sprints down and back. if there was a make – move on to next pax
the pax went 2/11 – not a great basketball team!
mosey back to homebase for some mary and planks
