One pax does an exercise that sets the pace for the other. Active stretching in-between the workouts.

Pax 1 does Pull ups while pax 2 is pace setter w/ following exercises switching in-between:

  • Bear crawl drag (w/ sandbag)
  • Clean and toss
  • weighted lunge walks

Pax 1 does dips on bars while Pax 2 does the same exercises as above.

move to tennis courts – Pax does ring around the sandbag using tennis court net.
