Pax 1 does Pull ups while pax 2 is pace setter w/ following exercises switching in-between:
- Bear crawl drag (w/ sandbag)
- Clean and toss
- weighted lunge walks
Pax 1 does dips on bars while Pax 2 does the same exercises as above.
move to tennis courts – Pax does ring around the sandbag using tennis court net.
