YHC took the show on the road and headed down to the near Westside of ATL to take the reins at “The Enterprise”. My 1st officer Suds, accompanied me on 2 hour mission, to explore a strange new world, and our science officer, Flathead, met us at our destination.
Warm up: (all IC and X12 – three rounds)

Mosey lap around the upper path, and then back for the 2nd round, and again for the 3rd round. Pondered a forth, but that would have been cruel.
The Thang:
Moseyed to the Pavilion for an 11 – Stepups and Dips.
At this point, we went on a field trip. We ran down the hill across the park, and made our way to the field. Quick pause to check out the 5K that was soon to start and then under the guidance of Flathead, made our way towards the quarry over look. At the hill, we did alternating sets of lunge walks, bear crawls, crab walks and inch worms up to the observation point.

Mosey back on down the hill and around the path to the lower pavillion
Time for another 11, Dips and Incline Merkins
Mosey over to the long hill and back to our alternating sets of reverse steps, bear crawls, inch worms, crab walks up to the top. Mosey around the path and to the stairs where we did some calf raises (straight, toes out and toes in).
Ended with some monkey humpers.

Need to brainstorm on ways to increase attendance at this AO. Too prime to let it go to waste.
