Given that many of the PAX were doing the “virtual” Tartan Trot, YHC was expecting a smaller crowd at the Shadow and he guessed nine (which ended up being correct!) Those who came were happy they did as they enjoyed another Seles beatdown in the cold!

The Thang:
Mosey to Stumps for 11’s: Step-ups and Dips
Mosey to Boardwalk path and up through the woods and back to stumps
Incline merkins: 12 i.c. 3X
Mosey up playground path and through the woods and back to stumps
Choose a stump and carry it to fire pit and back (some used rocks since our stump collection has shrunk!)
Mosey up the hill on the woods path to Roberts (YHC timed our arrival to hopefully see the Tartan Trot runners and cheer them by, and it worked at least for the slower ones)
Mary at the top of the hill: 20 Box-cutters 3X
Mosey to base of hill at Austin school for Grateful Dead at the cul-de-sac
Mosey to stumps for 11’s: Step-ups and Dips
Mosey to boardwalk and thru the woods back to the stumps
Incline merkins: 12 i.c. 3X
Mosey to playground thru the woods and back to stumps
Stump carry to the fire pit and back

CoT:
Discussed going to some of the other AO’s in F3 Atlanta to support them especially the newest one, The Rig, near former Turner Field. Manhole took us out.
