Iron Pax Challenge Week 1, Care Bear Squared:
This weeks IPC is AMRAP around 25 yard (Squared) Square. 25 Yards per side, marked off by cones.
1. Starting from Cone 1 – Bear Crawl forwards 25 yards to Cone 2 where you will do 25 squats
2. From Cone 2 – Sideways Bear Crawl, with your left arm and left leg leading the way to Cone 3 where each PAX will do 25 Merkins
3. From Cone 3 – Crawl Bear (backwards Bear Crawl) to Cone 4 where each PAX will do 25 Big Boy Sit-Ups
4. From Cone 4 – Sideways Bear Crawl, with your right arm and right leg leading the way back to Cone 1, where each PAX will 25 Burpees
Rinse and Repeat, AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible) in 45 minutes.
CoT:
Discussed how much more likely we are to push ourselves during a workout when someone else is calling the shots. It always tempting to stay in our comfort zones when we design our own workouts. YHC took us out.

Today’s IPC workout was definitely more difficult than any I’ve led as Q. A reminder to consider whether I’m pushing the envelope enough with the workouts I plan.
