6 hearty souls showed up for a nice Friday run in the cool of the morning and they were not disappointed. YHC took the PAX on a run through the intricate street networks of Dunwoody.
Warm up:
10 Imperial Walkers, 10 Toy Soldiers, 10 Hairy Rockettes, 10 Side Straddle Hops i.c.
The Thang:
North on Chamblee Dunwoody/Roberts then turn into Mill Glen, meander around to Dunwoody Club then east past the creek and right turn into the gloom.
Meander through DCF to the “pineapple house” (as we learned from Scout) then right into Wyntercreek and wind our way back to Roberts for left turn back to the Shroom.
