Beautiful morning in early March in between the rain and 10 brave souls pulled themselves out of the fartsack for another Seles beatdown. The old saying about March “coming in like a lamb/lion and going out the opposite” was the theme for the day. In F3, every month should come in like a lion with a sturdy beatdown!

Mosey to Womack then Vermack and the picnic area near the front of the school for 11’s: Step-Ups and Derkins
Mosey to Railings at the front of the school for a pull-up tabata: 20 sec. on, 10 sec. rest 8X
Mosey to Seles stop for Mary: 18 Box-cutters i.c. 3X
Mosey to back of school for a Crowd Pleaser: 5 8-count hand release body builders on one end then run to other end to top of steps for 1 8-count hand release body builder with 5 hand release merkins at the two sidewalks in between. Run back with 5 hand release merkins at the two sidewalks and go down by one 8-count hand release body builder at the start end and up by one at the finishing end. oyo
