The all knowing online dictionary says that to saunter is to, “walk in a slow, relaxed manner, without hurry or effort.” And while i don’t think there was any sauntering happening this morning, for my 4th BD in 4 days, YHC did not have quite the energy i had hoped for. We got after it just the same.
Warm up: (all IC and x12 – 2 Rounds)

- Imperial Walkers
- Hairy Rockettes (should really be renamed the The Big Apple Bounce)
- Low Slow Squats
- Stone Mountains
The Thang:
Mosey down to the track and down the back straight to the coupon pile, where we each grabbed one. Lined up on the side line and for 4 rounds of the following (OYO)
- 10 Overhead Presses
- 10 Curls
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Goblet Squats
- Saunter across the field and back
Rifle carry to the midfield circle for a Blockee ROF (1s and 2s) with the PAX planking when not moving. Next we did 20 Chest Presses with the block, followed by 50 windshield washers (both OYO). Next a Goblet Squat ROF (2s, 4s and 6s) while the rest of the PAX held their block. Rifle carry block back to the pile and then mosey around the track and back to midfield for an HRM ROF (1s, 2s and 3s) while the PAX planked.
Time for some Mary (18 of everything and mostly IC)
