YHC was not excited to Q today in 17 degree weather, even less so when he saw no other cars. YHC got out of the car, ready do do a warmup and run a couple laps before heading back to the warm fartsack. YHC was overjoyed to see Fireballs jogging in from the gloom.
Warm up:
- Side straddle hop 15x ic.
- Mary Katherine 15x ic.
- Imperial Walker 15x ic.
- Windmill 15x ic.
- Mountain climbers 15x ic.
Run 400 meters then rinse and repeat.
The Thang:
Mosey up to the school to the portico for
- Wall sits
- Plank with feet on wall
- Balls to the wall
Mosey to the next portico for
- Wall Sits
Interrupted by sprints to the trailer ramps for
- 15 self supported cliff hanger ramps
- 15 self supported dips
Do this 6 times, reducing to 10 of each for the last 3 sprint outs.
Mosey to the intramural fields for a Quarter Pounder of Mary:
- 25 turkish getups
- 50 big boi situps
- 75 american hammer (single count)
- 100 dying cockroaches (single count)
Mosey back to the COT.
CoT:
