Mosey to Vanderlyn playground. Partner Up for Pullups x 10 and Merkins. Switch. Mosey to wall behind school for Box Jumps x 10 OYO and Inclined Merkins x 10 IC. Mosey to side parking lot for Everest, Inch Worm, Bear Crawl across parking lot. Mosey back to front of school for loop run – Trunbull Dr. to Hensley Dr. and back to front of school. 8/10ths of a mile with enough hills to make Manhole grumpy. Rinse and Repeat sequence leaving out run loop the second time around. Mosey to DHS football field. Partner up on the goal line for Wheel Barrow to the 50 yard line switching roles as necessary. Circle Up around Wildcat Paw at midfield for some Mary: American Hammer IC x 15, Six Count Leg Raise IC x 10. Partner Up for Wheel Barrow to the other goal line. Mosey to steps for Calf Raises IC x 15. And back to start for Burpee AMRAP for the final minute.
