The Thang:
Mosey to the stairs near the rock pile for Tabata-style footwork drills (40 sec on, 20 sec rest):
- Bunny hop up down
- Bunny hop 2 up 1 down
- Side hop left leg up down
- Side hop right leg up down
Mosey to active oval for a ladder run workout. Start with 5 burpees, run 1/2 lap. Do 5 burpees, 10 low slow squats, run 1/2 lap. Continue until we added all the exercises below. Every time we get to the pull-up bars, do 5 pull-ups then keep running.
