The Thang:
Starting at the Goal line a 5-step exercise with reps based on the yardage marker on the field: (1) Walking Overhead press to the appropriate yardage line, (2) Russian kettle bell swings (reps = half the yardage marker), (3) coupon LBC (reps = half the yardage marker), (4) Walking Overhead press back to original goal line, (5) 10 coupon merkins (alternating sides over the merkin or incline)
OYO to the: 10 yard line, 20 yard line, 30 yard line, 40 yard line, 50 yard line, far 40 yard line, far 30 yard line, far 20 yard line, far 10 yard line, far goal line
Mosey to Wildcat flagpole for a little Mary, then to the Stairs for some calf work (straight, feet out, feet in)
