YHC was glad to be back after coming off of the COVID experience.  Winded a little easy, but able to hang in there!

Music selection was ’90s rock (e.g., Hootie, Dishwalla, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Nirvana, Gin Blossoms, Third Eye Blind, Sugar Ray, Counting Crows, Smash Mouth)

Warm up:  Low Slow Squat, Arm Circles, Newton’s Cradle, Downward Dog/Ankle Slap, Scissor Jacks, Slow Squat Rock

Mosey to track

The Thang 1:  1 round of “Catch me if you Can” around the track

Partner 1:  Does 6 air squats and then runs forward to catch partner #2

Partner 2: Runs backwards around track.

When Partner 1 catches Partner 2, they switch roles.

Mosey to Left Field of ball field

The Thang 2: Self-paced workout #1

Burpees - 5 reps
Merkins - 10 reps
Crab Taps - 20 reps
LBC's - 20 reps
Merkins - 10 reps
Burpees - 5 reps
Then run up stairs and down ramp
