- 3 sets: each. curls w/ 20lb per arm, squats w/ 30lb sack, overhead press w/ cinder block, upright rows w/ 30lb sack. Timer: run to end of parking lot and back with a ruck sack
- Mosely around the block, to top of hill, 30 lbc’s
- Down the hill, 1st stop 10 squats, 2nd stop 10 derkins, 10 burpees at the bottom, same back up and down the hill.
- Sprint halfway up the hill, mosey back to parking lot.
- Round the horn with ab work
