Warm up: Suds Windmills, Toy Soldiers, Low Slow Squat, Butt Kickers, SSH – all IC X 15. Rinse & Repeat. Mosey Run up ramp and back down stairs to baseball field.
The Thang: In dugout, Incline Merkins IC x 10, Step Ups IC x 10, Dips IC x 10. Rinse & Repeat except switch to Decline Merkins. Mosey lap around baseball field perimeter to dead center field. And what awaits us …. Goliath. Split up into teams (that would be Dunder and YHC). Dunder picks up Goliath and runs to second base, does 5 overhead presses, then runs back to center field. YHC did Plank whilst Dunder was away. Switch and carry on rotation. 2nd base activity cycled through overhead presses, 10 squats and 10 curls. Center field exercises were Plank, Al Gore, LBCs, Freddy Mercury, Standing Lunges, Big Boy Sit Ups, Dieing Cockroaches.
Run to Amphitheater for Grateful Dead then Heels to Heaven, American Hammer and Crab Trap – all IC X 15.
