Overhead Presses IC x 25, Walking Lunges across parking lot, Mountain Climbers IC x 25, Walking Lunges back to coupon.
Mosey run to bleachers at track. Assume inclined plank position on first bleacher and move down the entire length of all bleachers while remaining in plank position.
Cherokee Run lap around track.
Mosey to parking lot for introduction to Goliath. Goliath is a normal coupon on steroids. First PAX does 10 Chest Presses with Goliath while others do a Mary exercise. Continue rotation until each Pax has had 4 sessions with Goliath. Mary included LBCs, Dying CR, American Hammer, ABC, Crab Taps, Floyd Mayweather, Big Boys, etc.
Mosey back to parking lot to rejoin baby coupons. Repeat sequence above.
Run around school back to track for 11s at bleachers – Dips and Step Ups.
Run lap around track to parking lot. 10 Burpees OYO.
