Warm up:10 SSH, 10 imperial walkers, 10 weed lockers, 10 standing lunge, 5 merkins, 10 imperial walkers, 10 SSH then 3 burpees
The Thang:
Did the same 5 exercises, all in cadence, increased reps by 5 each round with 5 line runs (suicides) at the end of each round and 5 ab exercises (10 reps each) after all but the first round
The five exercises in order were:
4 ct merkins, single count two hand vertical leaps, 4 count Bulgarian split squats (the squat with 1 foot on wall behind you), 4 ct dips then 8 count body builders then the 5 line runs
we started with five of everything and got through 5 rounds (so last round was 25 x 4 ct merkins, single count vertical leaps, dips and 8 count body builders. I substituted 25 four ct vcr (calf raise) for the Bulgarian split squat on that last round
