Mondays….4 men entered the Gloom this Monday in order to kick the work week off right.

Warm up:

On Mondays, YHC wakes up extra stiff and extra sore. Today focused on getting the heart rate up and stretching on your own.

The Thang:

Stronger together via teamwork #1.

Indian Run around the park – All PAX , including YHC, can improve in the teamwork required to maintain a good and tight jog.

20 minute workout

  • One PAX runs a route while the other 3 performed exercises
  • Exercise rotation every minute
    • KBS
    • Hip Bridges
    • Pull Ups / modification
  • We closed with a circuit of planks
