Warm up:
On Mondays, YHC wakes up extra stiff and extra sore. Today focused on getting the heart rate up and stretching on your own.
The Thang:
Stronger together via teamwork #1.
Indian Run around the park – All PAX , including YHC, can improve in the teamwork required to maintain a good and tight jog.
20 minute workout
- One PAX runs a route while the other 3 performed exercises
- Exercise rotation every minute

- Hip Bridges
- Pull Ups / modification
- We closed with a circuit of planks
