Run up/down stairs, 5 burpees, 10 sit ups (big or little boy), 15 squats. Up/down stairs, 4 burpees/8 sit ups/12 squats, etc. to 1/2/3.
Mosey to Wood’s Chapel patio.
Wall sit 30 seconds; wall sit with pax counting down (1st person 10-count, 2nd person 9-count, etc.).
Plank-o-rama with some pilates.
