Four men posted for a little dose of Novocaine to start their day. I thought Novocaine was supposed to take the pain away but apparently, that its pain-relieving properties don’t kick in until after 7am.
Warm up:
5 Single Count Diamond Merkins in honor of Freddie scoring the 5 run for the victory last night.
Run with Scissors x 10, Imperial Squawkers x 13, Newton’s Cradle x 10, Crab Tabs x 13. All IC.

The Thang:
Mosey to the steps of the Amphitheatre.
Jump Ups X 10 OYO, ABC’s x 10 IC, Decline Merkins x 10 IC. Rinse and Repeat twice for total of 3 sets.
Mosey to the center of the soccer field and pair up.
Take the Hill workout with the first partner doing LBC’s while second sprints to fence at top of the hill and does 1 squat. The second partner sprints back and they switch roles to complete round one. Repeat for 5 rounds but add 1 squat at the top of the hill each round. On odd rounds (1,3,5) the exercise at the center of the field is LBC’s but on even-numbered rounds it switches to 8 Count Body Builders.
Mosey to the intersection by picnic pavilion for 10 Thai Burpees.
Mosey to the baseball field for some Mary. American Hammer x 20 IC, Big Block Alphabet OYO, Leon’s Box-cutters x 20 IC, Dying Cockroach x 20 IC, and Flutter Kicks x 20 IC.
Mosey around warning track and down foul line to home plate. OYO sprint to 1st base, Bear Crawl to 2nd, Lunge Walk to 3rd and sprint to home plate. Rinse and repeat. Repeat for a third round but sprint all bases.
Mosey back to COT.
