Warm up: Get to the Shroom

The Thang: 7 brave men ran and I counted 2 that Biked (Wreck-it-Ralph and Novocain). Plenty of elevation change on our route. My watch picked up my run to the house at the end so subtract 0.7 miles if you didn’t help me take the dog out.
