Still reeling from the effects of Week 0, of IPC, YHC chose to focus more on legs and abs, and less on back and upper body, sort of. 8 PAX came along for the ride.

The Thang:
YHC gathered the troops for a “Dark Webb”. The pax begin with the following:

- 1 Squat Jump
- 2 Bonnie Blairs (1 each leg)
- 1 Big Boy Situp
- 2 American Hammers
- Run 100 Yards
- Plank for the 6
Rinse and repeat, 2s and 4s, 3s and 6s, etc. all the way up to 10s and 20s. Then all the way back down to 1s and 2s.
We finished the last run at the Wildcat. We circled up for some Mary. (All IC and X15)
