SSH, weed pickers, hairy rockettes, imperial walkers, little baby arm circles, Floyd mayweathers, SSH

The Thang:

Mosey to field for quarter pounder. For the uninitiated: PAX run 25 yards, perform exercise, run backwards to start. Rinse and repeat with 50 yards, 75 yards, and 100 yards, with different exercises at each distance.  Ours were:

25 burpees

50 squats

75 plank jacks

100 LBCs

After the QP, we searched in vain for a grassy spot on our so-called field for a little Mary:

The PAX soon learned that one quarter pounder is never enough, and another was completed as follows:

75 LBCs

100 gas pumpers

A little light stretching to recover, then off to the parking lot for CoT.

CoT:

reminded PAX of the no repeat Q’s in March challenge.  Pappy mentioned the speed for need race at the end of the month.
