Do Over Lances workout from Thursday with slight variation: 11’s – run backwards half way up the hill and forward the second half. 10 merkins at the top and jog down. Curls at the bottom start with 2 curls and increase by 2 until you get to 20. Rinse and repeat. Coupons back to the garage. 100x calf raises in the steps and 4 minute abs to finish.
