The Thang:
Mosey to the field; Q dealt each PAX 10 cards and we went around doing the provided exercises. Always seems to be a good variety & total body workout, highlights included: 50yd bear crawl, 100yd backwards run + 100 calf raises (Spike, your favorites!), 100yd walking lunge, and of course towards the end we were dealt 20 burpees. Solid workout with a small crew today.
