The Thang:
Mosey east on Georgia, turn right on Connally, stopping at intersection of Connally and Little. Along the way, stopped and did 6 exercises: 10 2-count plank knee taps, 10 plank jacks, 10 merkins, 10 2-count shoulder taps, 10 burpee no pushup, 10 derkins.
At Connally/Little, run up Little hill to Woodson, did 10 2-count plank jacks, run down to start, 10 plank jacks, run up hill to Grant Terrace, 10 SSH, back to bottom, pax did continuous squats until last person came back, then did 10 squats together.
Repeat, but first exercise (Woodson) is 10 merkins, second exercise (bottom) is 10 2-count shoulder taps, up to Grant Terrace for 10 SSH, repeat squats at bottom.
Third round top exercise is 10 burpee no pushup, bottom is 10 derkins, 10 SSH, squat-o-rama.
Mosey to Cheney field cut through, partners ran from middle toward opposite gates, did first exercise above, ran back to middle, did second, etc. through sixth exercise.
Mosey to baseball field, circled up and did “The Hundo” in the dewey grass.
Returned to Rig for CoT and coffee.
