The Thang:

We used 50lb sandbags and coupons with ab exercises between each exercise. We would do 3 or 4 sets of each exercise and then move down the list.

  • Curls – 50%, 75%, Failure, Failure
  • Shoulder Press – 75%, Failure, Failure
  • Rows – 75%, Failure, Failure
  • Triceps extension  or Dips – 75%, Failure, Failure
  • One arm shrugs, Failure, Failure, Failure
  • Weighted pushups – Failure, Failure, Failure
  • Death Set – do all of the exercises above until failure with no breaks

3 sets of 20 jump squats and 40 high knees
