The Thang:
Mosey out to Womack then up to Vermack headed North, then back to start by Gym.
— Running the 4 corners of the main lot doing what I call a 4 x “4×4” x 4 , equals: start at corner one with 4 “4×4’s” (from the lexicon that is 4 burpees with 4 merkins at the bottom of each burpee), then run to corner two and repeat 4 “4×4’s”, same at corners 3 and 4, and Repeat 4 times. kudoes to the Pax that did not modify!!
— Mosey to the metal benches in front of the school for 10 Dips IC, then 10 Mason Twists/American Hammer IC, rinse and repeat 3 times.
— Mosey just around the corner to the North side small lot by theater and tennis courts. From the bottom of the lot Bear Crawl up to the stop line in front of the tennis courts. Then sprint to the far corner of the parking lot closest to Vanderlyn Dr. stop sign and do 10 merkins, 15 Big Boy sit up, and 20 squats (all single count). Run back to bottom by Theater and repeat 3 times.
The clock ran out so we mosey’d to the picnic tables for COT.
