Threw on some “Saxobeats” and got the workout started in the light rain.

The Thang:

Used 50lb sandbags or Chemical Bonds stone wheel. We did the workout in front of the large stairs at MLK middle school.

3 sets of – 2 weighted stadiums – 20 curls – 20 shoulder press – 20 rows

1 set of – 4 weighted stadiums – 20 curls – 20 shoulder press – 20 rows

2 sets of single-arm weighted shrugs
