Arm Circles forward and backwards – 30 seconds each. Windmills IC x 10. Cotton Picker IC x 10. SSH IC x 20. Butt Kickers, Toy Soldiers, High Knees down the parking lot.
The Thang: Run to Soccer Field. Partner exercise: one guy runs lap around field whilst other works his way across field with sequence of 4 Merkins, 4 Squats, 8 Walking Lunges. Switch. Repeat until each partner team has crossed field and returned back across to start.
Calf Raises on steps IC x 20. Run down road towards garden for Mary: LBCs, Flutter Kicks, Crab Taps, Dying Cockroach, American Hammer – all IC x 15. Run to picnic table pavilion for 11s – Step Ups and Derkins. Dips IC x 10 x 3 sets. Run to amphitheater for Inclined Merkins IC x 10 x 2 sets. Run back to parking lot for 5 Burpees OYO.
