lunge between each exercise

run across bridge and back when finished all 4 exercises

repeat except replace one of exercises with box jumps

repeat except replace one of exercises with wide grip merkins

repeat except replace one of exercises with deadlifts

repeat except replace one of exercises with close grip merkins
